Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Primary responsibilities:
- Client’s needs mapping and supporting sales;
- Coordinating the onboarding process of new SOC customers, incl. organizing and conducting workshops, coordination of log sources onboarding, and customer guidance;
- Client communication and well-being, incl. Problem-solving, customer notification, reporting, etc;
- Coordinating different soc’s projects as a project manager;
- Pre-sales activities related to the security operations centre, incl. technical presentation, conducting of demos, proof-of-value and technical questions.
Requirements:
- BA or work experience in information security, information technology or other related field;
- Knowledge of cyber security principles;
- Project management skills;
- Time management and problem-solving skills;
- Very good knowledge of Estonian and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Vulnerability management;
- Experience with Threat Intelligence.
